OelArchive is a UK-based specialist workshop focused on the restoration of classic car audio equipment, particularly Pioneer head units.

2. Definitions

  • “You”, “Customer” – refers to the person placing an order or using our services.
  • “Products” – refers to restored classic head units and related items sold by us.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return an item (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging.
  • Restored units that have been installed or modified may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of OelArchive and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
